We both grew up in the Chicago area and relocated to Houston; Dave in 2015 and Charlie in 2020. Dave went to Purdue and studied Hospitality and Tourism Management and later went to culinary school at The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Charlie was a student athlete at Lindenwood University in Missouri and studied Computer Information Systems while being on the diving team. With Dave's love of food and Charlie's love of technology and organization it seemed like a natural fit to take on this business.
